The bag is chic, the quality is excellent. I liked it very much. I did not communicate with the store. Delivered in due time. Packing is super. Outside the bag is packed in a package with air interlayer, inside is also a package with air. Unfortunately, all the same a little wrinkled, but in general i'm very happy. Inside the bag lay a vanilla sachet for aroma. It's nice that the seller is so caring. Recommend!!!

Handbag is very cute, neat, just like in the photo, but i thought that there would be more. Packed very well, not wrinkled. Inside the gift-centimeter and a bag with fragrant powder, so from the handbag it smells nice. Thank you very much to the store.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
